WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Capable, independent people with a stable core and ability to work under pressure. ¬†This is a fast paced environment and everyone here must share cooking, cleaning, and farm activities. ¬†This is not glamorous work. ¬†Communal homesteading and farming takes a lot of physical and mental endurance. ¬†You’ve been warned!

Work days generally run from 8am – 6pm, five days on, two days off.
You must announce your intended days off to the group to ensure there are no egregious scheduling snafus.  No one will schedule your days off for you.  Please take your days off regularly Рwe live in a beautiful valley with lots to see and do.

Note: As the CRMPI property is positioned on the steep slopes of Basalt Mountain, it takes a certain amount of physical mobility to navigate through our gardens and teaching facilities. Additionally, no pets are allowed on the property, due to the sensitive nature of the ecosystem we maintain. Any questions regarding accessibility or special circumstances can be directed to Jerome, contact info below.
